This class integrates traditional internal cultivation methods that have been refined for centuries — designed to open the meridians, harmonize breath and energy, and restore the body’s natural self-healing rhythm.
One Private Class included! Master Shaohe Chi will provide a personalized one-on-one session to assess your unique body constitution and energy flow, offering tailored guidance and practice recommendations to enhance your progress, balance, and vitality.
Upon completion of the 8-week training, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the International Institute of Tai Chi Qigong for Integrative Health, recognizing their foundational study in traditional Qigong, internal energy cultivation, and holistic health practice.

This is an 8 workshop series. In each session, Master Chi leads students through a combination of movement, breath, and stillness practices that include:
Ba Duan Jin
