Push Hands (Tui Shou) is the living art of Tai Chi
A bridge between form practice and the dynamic expression of internal energy. Under the direct guidance of Master Shaohe Chi, 5th-generation Yang-style Tai Chi lineage holder, students will experience the subtle interplay of softness and strength, learning how to listen, neutralize, and redirect energy with effortless precision.
